Due to COVID-19 and its effect on shipping and the delicate nature of our plants, we are only offering curbside and contactless delivery to local SF Bay Area plant lovers. We apologize for the inconvenience but do visit our website from time to time as circumstances may change.

RETURN POLICY

At My Lush Space, we understand that not everyone has a "green" thumb and we do our best to offer buying advice that helps match the buyer with the plant. Please CONTACT us if you are experiencing difficulties with your new plant. Although we are not accepting returns on live plants, we encourage you to do as much research as possible as well as speak to one us  prior to purchasing. There is a 14-day return/exchange policy on non-live plant items in re-sellable condition with proof of purchase. Thank you for your patronage and support.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept PayPal, VenMo, and most major credit cards. If you have a circumstance that requires special handling, please use our Contact form to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

SPECIAL ORDER INQUIRIES

If a plant you desire is not available, drop us a note HERE. We will do our best to get it for you. Once we receive your request, we will send you update emails on when you can pick up your order. Due to COVID-19, please allow extra time for handling.
