Hoyas are succulents and therefore don't like wet feet. Give your Hoyas plenty of sun, even some bright sun will ensure growth. Water every 1.5-2 weeks. Make sure soil is well-draining and pot has drainage hole(s). A light feeder, your Hoya only requires a diluted liquid fertilizer once a month.
